Ase Origins was birthed from the dream of Leticia A. McFadden to create an educational workbook series that instilled a sense of pride in young people of African descent. This dream was realized through her series, The Black Legacy Learning Series which is comprised of seven books and has been used across the generations. She decided to seek out and also offer tangible treasures that could be worn or showcased in one's home to display their pride. This vision was realized through her L.L.C., Adelani Treasures.
With a desire to branch out further, she decided to evolve and establish Ase Origins. Ase Origins is inspired by the Yoruba concept of “Ase” which represents the power and life force to manifest into existence and bring forth change. Ase Origins is dedicated to providing thoughtfully curated products that reflect the power of nature, diverse cultures, and offers inspiration. By curating these collections- we aspire to serve as a catalyst for positive change, nurturing and spreading seeds of optimism and cultural appreciation, one product at a time!
